Has anyone else noticed that the vast majority of gyms, even so called 'bodybuilder-oriented' ones like gold, have a very improper ratio of free weights to machines/cardio.
Hey everyone. I built a spreadsheet in my local area using prices and nutrition information. It basically gives you a breakdown of cost/g of nutrients as well as cost/g of overall calories.
Weight: 212 (down from 260 earlier this year, if that makes a difference)

Navy method 24.5%
