My doc had given my 60,000iu once a week for 8weeks then once a week..it was a syrup..but I was very deficient 7.5(normal 30-100).. feel much better/energetic now that it is in normal range..

Google HT7 acupuncture point..it's on the wrist..rub clockwise 15-20seconds whenever feeling anxious etc..it helps with emotions...but reduces energy so avoid before gym.....
Garcinia Cambogia has been helping me with my cravings. Does a decent job suppressing appetite and controlling cravings for me. Might want to research it.
