No I have not started yet. I guess I am worried about the whole clique thing... I have a couple days off work now, so I will muster up the courage to check out a crossfit centre in my town.

Wow, I cannot relate :( Must be tough to receive that kind of reaction from your husband. What is his fitness like? Is he fit... is it a jealousy thing?
I am interested in crossfit... I have never tried it before (I do a form of tabata however). Does anyone do it apart of a group? I am thinking about joining a club tomorrow.
What about using the product bodybugg? That way you can have a closer idea to your daily caloric burn, rather than an complete estimate. I have not used the product myself, but it looks interesting.

I am a paramedic, and I work 48 hour shifts. Luckily I get to have a fridge and kitchen at base. When I am on the road though, I bring a small cooler, and have my food pre-cooked, and pre-packed....
Can anyone recommend me a software programme that tracks calories and nutrients? I don’t have internet at home otherwise I would use the free programmes that are out there.
