It will seem short at first but once the weights start getting heavier you have to rest longer between sets and it can take up to an hour or so if you're doing about 4 warm up sets for each lift.
Having biceps/forearms on there own day when chest/legs and shoulders/back are on there own day doesnt work. If you want a 3 day split, change it to Monday: Legs and Shoulders Wednesday: Back...
