Okay, can someone refer to the question in the OP.. I am certain I'm at 13% not sure why this is questioned lol.

Bench I dont do Barbell - only dumbells.. I can get 95's on incline for about 5 to 6 - 3 sets.

Squat - 275 for about 5 to 6, 3 sets

Deads - I think is roughly 315 for same numbers.

I have to take one. To give you an idea I can see abs (4 pack) coming through but not "popping out" so it's roughly in the 13% range now.

Like most newbs, my initial thoughts when cutting were to automatically drop off 200 calories a week to get me to break through the plateau when a much less drastic decrease would have worked fine....

As far as bodyfat estimates go, do you guys think 18% to 20% is about right?

SLO simply means the funnel runs from lower end and upsells accordingly. There's a ton of great courses out there that are more than affordable.. don't throw away 1k on a "course" thats for sure.
