Physio said my lower back pain was brought on by bad posture while sitting for extended periods of time. Not sure if I should continue to dead lift, I've heard light dead lifts help your back recover
I hurt my lower back due to too much sitting at work with bad posture, would continueing to follow this program with light weight help my lower back recovery or would I just be making it worse?
Cuz 3 times a week after my workout is gay as ****, I like to keep active on my days off and I'm not a fan of running or jogging, I already do hour walks on my rest days.
Thank you sir, I just so jasonDBs full body workout 3 days a week then I do barbell complexes once or twice a day at home to keep me in a caloric deficit for cutting.
I like to do barbell complexes but It doesn't take more than 10-20 mins and that not enough time for me to waste gas driving to the gym on my rest days
Actually watched that video! Haha but thank you, also it's not just the time thing I want to workout 5 days a week, but I want to do the 5x5 to get the optimal size and strength gains from it.
