I've always dicked around in the gym since high school. I gained a bunch of weight in 2010, and really started lifting and eating right towards may of 2011. Right around 3 years.
I don't really count any calories or macros anymore.
But i usually stick to
- 5 eggs, Bowl of oatmeal, protein shake, and a scoop of PB for breakfast.
- Protein shake +GlycoCharge and a handful...
