    HIT is called High Intensity Training its a theory where you do like 1 all out set to failure for each exercise.

    Volume is the amount of sets you do, not the weight.

    ok you need to stick to the basics. I would suggest only doing 1 exercise for biceps.... and that is the barbell curl. Do about 4-5 sets of 6-8

    I have found that forcing myself to do weighted chin ups, for like 2-3 reps and then in a week or two going back to your regular bodyweight is a fantastic way to increase the amount of reps u can do!
