definately just ordered one for my self when i start bulking.

damn dude, i just ate 2 uncooked cups of oats and im STUFFED, dunno how you did it but good job.
it tastes just like regular cocoa puffs except they have little chocolate chips in them, similar to the chips found in cookie crisp.

hey man, a simple recipe i use about once a month is:
1- 8 ounce container of cream cheese(i use fat free or sometimes 1/3 fat)
1- box of sf/ff jello cheesecake (4 0z box version)

decrease some of your carbs and up your fats a little bit. and maybe changing the intensity of your cardio.

yes, ive done it multiple times, the powder first is what i would suggest, and it takes a while for the powder to dissolve

+1 on the sunflower seed butter, and also the valencia peanut butter is much sweeter than regular PB and tastes better IMO.

he prbably just means the powder, and the extra cals are probably from the skim milk.
