is it posible to get extremely ripped with no cardio at all, if your diet is perfect?

last summer while i was at my most ripped i absolutely ate no fruits just vegitables. can this be why i felt weak or is it because i did about an hour of cardio 5 days a week with all superset...

ya but with longer arms u dont have to go down as far......like u can go less than halfway and still get more of a contraction than if a shorter person goes halfway..........cause the shorter person...

depends on how much muscle u gain during the bulk....u can bulk by 20 pounds and 5 of it might be muscle or u can bulk to pounds and none of it might be muscle
