This is my first attempt at a beard, so not a bad start.

Here is my first go at a movember stach and beard

without calories, its not going to have much if any effect on if, but i would worry about preservatives and such from the coke.

In my humble opinion, dedication is key. supplements, special exercises and weird restricted diets cant make you want to eat healthy not overeat and lift those weights!

I always try to have ziplock bags with healthy snacks so when a craving hits i can resist the temptation. and drink tons of water, I cant believe how much that helps.

Week 1 summary, started out with ~90lbs to lose, with a previous month of poor diet and sedentary lifestyle. Cleaned up the diet, counted every calorie, took the stairs instead of the elevator....

When I first started I estimated calories in my head....one day later found out one meal had 3 TIMES the calories i thought it did!!! So, from then on I tracked.
