Theres so many out there, just wanted to see what the best kind would be, i know in order to stay lean I need least amount of saturated fat and sugar, but cant seem to find one thats really low in...
I you want to cut get rid of the bread almonds and pasta, only eat that stuff on "cheat" days. As for the random snacks it all depends on what they are.

-biceps/back monday and friday

that sounds good, usually your suppose to do cardio 4-5 times a week on average of 30 minutes each session, 180bpm is fine as long as u dont feel dizzy or have chest discomfort in anyway
