no, I'm just training for it. The time limit on each discipline is 80 seconds, I was kinda eyeing it today and focusing more on keeping the form.
Cycle 10, wave 2, 3/3/3+ Benchpress day wednesday 22 may.
Greetings brotherhood!
Yeah, I'm such a drama queen...Well this should have been a rest day, but the work and competetion schedule is...
just stick to the TM. You are about to deload next week?
thanks brethren!
Aww, never mind my whining. I'm having a great time and a decent intake. I'm sure the others are nervous too. Thanks Kelt!
you got yourself a plus rep. That's what matters bro!
And that cleaning lady is adorable!
lost myself in translation. meaning elegant or chic.. yeah, I could eat a human being right now, but not you, bony bastard!
awesome pressing! I like the tattoo. It's very tasty and artistic!
Keep it up, Juice!
Yeah, great job! Just keep your eye on prize and practise what you learnt along the road. Most important thing of all: Turning back is no alternative!
sick benching, beast! Seems everyone ( including me ) are jumping on that standing cable crunch train!
back is obviously good again, good job! And PR:s keep coming. Yeah, everyone needs a weekend of now and then. I will have one too soon..

dat poetry!
Seconding Jason here; Nice trap bar work !
the memories of boot camp days came back. But ironically I would manage it easier than 35 years ago, I was a real skinny fat slacker those days..
lol, dat german liftin' machine, sehr gut Brüderlein!
very good poundage. wasn't able to see the vid, but be sure to not hold the bare with too close grip, else there will be wrist problems.

strong workouts and glad your back for real pulling business. Heavy deadlifting is always freak show at my facility..
