I know you are 15. Nonetheless, those stats are slightly below average for an average lifter, and of course higher than those who don't lift.
So you eat little and feel weak. The solution is eating more. It's self-explanatory.
You are 14 and still growing. Just eat and exercise. Don't worry about tracking macros.
Week 6 Day 1- 04/28
Lat Pulldown: Inc. 7 x3x10.
280x4(5). Will redo next week
Not really. I only gained 2-3 lbs. I'm really behind on nutrition. I'll eat more because summer is coming= more free time

I was supposed to do 280x5 today. However, my knees buckled on the 3rd rep. 4th rep felt easier than the 3rd.
I didn't go for 5th rep because I felt some lower back rounding when doing the 4th.
lower your caloric intake or more cardio
You won't get a decent body in 2 months, and by a decent body I didn't mean having visible abs.
If you don't have access to the gym, just do bodyweight exercises and cardio
What you are doing is similar to eating an apple pie without peeled apple, cinnamon, and other spices.
Read the Stickies, come back with questions
Warm up and slowly work up to your max.
