will try getting more reps with the bench. I deloaded by 10% and been slowly getting it back up. I have a feeling my form is off a bit so trying to revisit that every time...

I picked up some small 0.25kg plates which means I can add small increments at a time on the exercises I start to stall on, like bench and OHP. I tend to add +1kg at a time...
good luck for the OHP, one of my issues too, it wont go up! I'm currently microloading it now
