its amazing, i have done it with 8 oz fat free cream cheese, but you need splenda also, and for eggs - i used only 6 whites and whipped them to stiff peaks, i also added 1 tsp guar gum to stabilize...

the guar gum costs here 15 dollars bro.. :\

Fiber 1 is the best cerel Imo, cant go wrong with, really tasty with alot of fibers.

bah, to bad xanthan its expensive, any others that tried guar one?
