This, haha.
Voted!
Terrible.
don't focus on your arms and abs, focus on your body as a whole. Do compound exercises like Squat, Deadlift, Bench press, Overhead press, Barbell rows, etc
Dead lifts. Simply because more muscles are used.
Doesn't matter what you eat as long as it fits your macros.
Beginners should be able to add 5-10 pounds on each exercise per workout. Depends on the exercise though (and routine).
Not sure if serious. Perhaps you should read this: http://startingstrength.com/articles/clarification_rippetoe.pdf You can do fine on SS on a cut, more so if you're a beginner.
Training to failure is unnecessary as it increases recovery time and puts more stress on your CNS
/popcorn.
this.. so much this.
Don't just work your back and biceps, you need to work every major muscle group.. including legs!
I hate when I get headsplosions :(
Yes your lower back is really important to develop, every major muscle group is (I hope you're working out legs too!).
You won't gain any muscle on ANY routine if your sleep and nutrition aren't in check.
Get a good pre workout sup?
Damn jake.. always thought you would be bigger than you are in your avi. Can't even tell you lift :(
He said in terms of muscle and weight gain. There's no difference.
I know that feel bro.
Not sure if serious.. Clean bulk vs dirty bulk isn't healthy foods vs unhealthy foods, it's all about calorie intake. You can clean bulk on mcdonalds , just like you can dirty bulk on lean...
