i drink a lot of green tea (diet). the arizona brand with the honey in it. is that pretty much the same as extract?

i appreciate the feedback. and like i said i'm not trying to eat just 2000 calories..but it seems it's my average. i do want to get more calories in. do you think maybe skipping a carb up will help...
