Okay guys here's the problem 8 weeks ago I fuked my wrist benching and I can't curl or do anything with weight to isolate biceps it's been 8 weeks I can't curl or do push-ups and if I turn my wrist...
So I can do body weight squats and lunges now that it's been 7 weeks and I did 40 lunges to the torn leg side and 20 body weight squats is this fine rehab? Should I be sore somewhat? Thanks
