    Doesn't matter, to lose weight you should still be eating 6 meals a day as it keep the metab burning, eating 3 meals would lower the metab and slow the fat burning process beyong normal levels.

    To be honest I think this is more of an American thing, never encountered any resistance to BB in the UK, my parents are fine with it, so are all the friends, no-one really batters an eye lid to it....
