I can't tell exactly as it differs for everyone but I think it will be around 170 because you are pretty lean. Just a guess .. It maybe lower and maybe higher.
If I were you, I would clean bulk until I build decent muscle mass then start cutting. But it is okay if you want do it the other way and cut first. So do whatever suits you.
