I have had this problem.. oddly enough I increased water before hand (I take them before breakfast and my fasted cardio) so I just needed some fluid to get things going. At least that worked for me.
I made some Sweet Potato Chocolate Protein Pancakes with it. Taste is great in a shake for sure. But damn.... the Chocolate is so rich... it sets off these flap jacks!!!
