The number of weeks you spend ON Meltdown should be equal to the number of weeks you spend OFF Meltdown. For instance, 6 weeks ON and then 6 weeks OFF. Or, 8 weeks ON and then 8 weeks OFF.

Well, how do you feel while using all of these stims? Are you shaky or anything? If not, then you are probably fine. You could have your blood pressure tested and find out for sure.
