hi.... well im 16 years old- 5-7 and 155.... well im martial arts, iv done working out for a little.... see thing is im just naturaly strong... im not big at al and i can lift pretty serious wieght...
hi is being able to do 3 finger 1 hand push ups a thing to be proud of if so what does that work.... im about 155 pounds , 5-7...you have any excerisees on forarms or shoulders? thanks!
