Nine years sober as of yesterday, I have to agree with Chodan about the sponser. I had a great sponser when I started, unfortionatly he passed a few years back.

I have to agree with this, BCAA's help with my recovery and I squat 3 times a week. Warming up is essential if you want to keep lifting for a long time.
