A bachelor's degree. Most colleges have limits on how many credits you can transfer for a degree. That's the main limitation. That and you can't often test out of upper level courses.

Some people finish degrees in 1 year. It would be much more common if the primary function of colleges in the US was to educate.

Yup. I would say other members would need to be equally skilled and dedicated to the task and the material would have to be complex and more easily handled if broken up and divided among specialists...

I've never found any value in group studying.

I did more credits than that in undergrad over a summer, and 40+ in one semester. Graduated with 4.0. Come at me bro.
