I basically eat whatever I want right now, im bulking and getting in around 3,000-3,500 calories a day, so I can eat fast food, whatever and its still sometimes a task getting that many calories....
if you cut out carbs within 2 days you look like u lost 5lb's already, also drinking tons of water, and getting a pump before you take off your shirt can make you look better etc
