I'm tryinna lose 10 pounds, quick and was wondering if this could be done without doing any cardio. I don't hate cardio but don't really enjoy it either.
I was wondering what kind of diet...
I sorta felt like doing this diet during the year in college.. more because of the fact that breakfast was the only food that was good there.... eggs, oatmeal, cottage cheese.... so many calories...
I don't get it. I keep thinking... I lift 20 pound dumbells (or however you spell it)... there's no way the little folds around my stomach and chest weigh that much... and yet... I'm sure if I lose...
How about that actor in 300!? Those were his real abs.. I want abs like that! The rest of the spartan actors were CGI abs, no? If not.... I want their diets and workout plans!
Formula spat out like 2xxx calories for me too.. I have NEVER eatn that much in a given day!! How the hell is it possible.... u know how many mcdonald's burgers (JUST burgers.. no MEALS) that is? Or...
