I think that if you are new to bodybuilding/weights then it is definately possible to put on a few kilos, but 3kg(7lbs) in 2 weeks is absolutley great.
now it doesn't deduct from your stash, you keep your numbers of reps but the person you give the reps to, gets the number of reps that is indictated next to your bar, in my case 3.
if it doesn't hurt or bother you then i would say don't worry about it but if it does bother you or hurt you then perhaps you could get knee wraps or you could go see a physio if it persists, good...
i would stick to having a protein shake in the morning but i have heard that some home made potein bars are also pretty good, but it's up to you bro and what is more convienient for you.
