Just a small update...was under the weather for a few weeks...just started back in the gym this week...will give a pic update in a week or so after muscle memory kicks in a little :-)
I've been bulking for about three weeks now...I've gained about 8lbs...my bodyfat percentage seems to be staying around the same range...also judging from the pics I'd even say it might have gone...
I see some change in my traps but Im not sure what else....still got a long way to go
Here are starting and current pics...starting pics are from Mid-November 2011 and the current pics are from now; Early/Mid-December 2011...I've got to add a chest shot this afternoon.

Everyone has a six or eight pack...you just cant see everyones....lol....but no I dont...mine fluctutates in and out because my body seems to like to stay at a certain body fat percentage that hovers...

I was about to say the same thing because I didnt read the posts after the video....they're right...your form isnt great...your back needs to be less arched...try to flatten it out.
I understand your struggle man...sometimes we go through that...I recommend looking into Abdominator's articles...he has written a few on motivation...I'll see if i can get the link for you.

Diet will help. Look into herbs that help with insulin levels. Maca is one.
I will...its been a little slow lately but I'm definitely getting in more nutrients, water, and harder training sessions. I'm not at the calorie level I'd like but I'm getting there fast. I'll post...
