That's what I read but I'm still concerned. Guess it's just my nerves.
Don't let me down misc lawyers
So a couple of days ago I accidentally ran into a wall at a jack in the box (it was a cmu pillar for a trash enclosure). It was definitely my fault as I was distracted. My vehicle has a pretty...

Appreciate the feedback guys. I have to re-asses and take action.
I made this thread to see if I really should cut my calories lower. It's just really strange that a healthy man can have such a low maintenance. Thought maybe others out there have experienced this.
Yes I weigh my foods. Meats, rice, potatoes, oils, etc. however this is maybe 75% of the time. When I go out ill eyeball it and add more calories then I think it is as a buffer.
My blood work is fine. No thyroid or test issues.
Refeed for me is eating at maintenance. So 2500 cals Saturday and Sunday. Comes out to 14kcals over the week.
That's what I keep telling myself and I hope it's true. It's just discouraging stepping on the scale after being so dedicated and seeing an increase.
This is my frustration. I'm not laying down all day. I do walk and lift 2-3 times a week. I just feel like there is no way that I can't be losing on 14k a week . Denial is strong!

Thought about that. I don't do well on keto. Did a 4 week cycle of keto and felt like death.
Track all calories and macros on myfitnesspal. No way I am miscalculating to the point that I gain a pound a week.
Jesus. 4 weeks at 14000 kcals a week and gained 4 pounds. I'm 5-11, 208 lbs. started cut at 204 lbs 4 weeks ago. Tfw desk job. Could this be water weight?

IF is great for keeping meals big while at a deficit. Calories > Meal Timing
