Frankly I have no idea how the hell I made it to the top 10 and have stayed there for the past few weeks, but I'll take it. If all goes well I should be down another pound by Wednesday.
According to everything I've read here and on other sites about the handheld calculators, they tend to be very inaccurate and give readings that are (typically) too low.
Never again will I make excuses for not giving my training 110%. If you can come back from phucking alcoholism and cancer and be ripped, I can sack up and get it done if I'm feeling 'tired' or 'weak'...
