    Calories seem low unless you are very sedentary outside of training, did you calculate macros too?
  • Macros cover the minimums, calories are a bit low...

    Macros cover the minimums, calories are a bit low though unless you do very little; get in your micros and you are ok, but can bump up the calories a bit more than likely if you would like.
