This is my exact split except for the rest days and order.

My split is:
Back/Bi
Chest/Tri
Legs
Shoulders
Rest

Deadlift is on back day and I only take a rest day if I'm dragging or if I go...

I shower at the gym every morning during the week.

I have a mesh bag for my soap/shampoo etc. Shower shoes are a must. I cringe hard when I see people shower at the gym w/o shower shoes.

Someone needs to make the first 7 seconds of that a "did not read"

I might look for something that doesn't contain phenibut and alternate with the fade out.

I typically need something everynight, or I wont sleep through the night.

The feeling only lasted about an hour or so, but it was during my commute which made it worse. I had to put the windows down to get some fresh air a couple times.

I was aware of the phenibut, but have never used it before so didn't know what to expect.

I'll just stick with 1/2 scoop since it yielded the same result in sleep.
