Got quite a few to b honest and it seems I've found myself a Bodybuilder trainer already :)

It's all about my diet basically...the program I used to train was ok...I was just "tearing" my muscles without a proper diet to build lean mass due to my life style :)

Yea I know but to hire a personal trainer here would cost me $60 an hour so screw that =)
In addition, been at the gym for a year but didnt get much of the results I wanted.

The 24 y/o has his own business, a car and a house for a start LOL =))) ( but didnt rise a son and planted a tree...yet =)))
