well, I got the aminos for free and whey is kinda expensive here in my country. :
So instead of taking whey, I have decided to try Aminos.

Hi. I do BJJ 2hrs in the morning, weights in the afternoon for 2-3 hrs and Judo for 2hrs in the evening. I'm also cutting down weight. I feel really tired and I don't know which supplement to take....

HI. I kind of confused right now on what supplement to take. I train 3x a day. 2 hours jiu jitsu in the morning, 3 hours of lifting in the afternoon and 2 hours of judo. I do this 3x a week.
