the reason im asking is cuz the scale says i weight around 170 but when i asked two people how much i looked like i weighed, they said 130-140... and plus i feel like the smallest guy...
My diet is decent I think. I usually eat things like oatmeal and eggs,lots of muffets, raisin bran, etc cereals, burritos, cans of chef boyardee, alot of yogurt, alot of rice, pasta, mashed potatoes....
