I don't own a bowflex but if you have a good home gym already I would focus more on that. Free weights are better than the bowflex.

It's great for your supporting grip! It helped my deadlift quite a bit!
Pretty much the same for me. Just work your way up to a max single or double.
I do them for one set of timed holds usually to failure!

I use the board press on ME days and stick with the standard bench on DE days. You SHOULD be able to handle more weight on the board press.
