DON'T YOU PUT THAT EVIL ON ME RICKY-BOBBY.
I'm ok, was just dehydrated!
nope. pretty silly of me.
yes, on the order of 11 working sets a week (out of something like 18 sets) are paused.
Buffalo bar squats
yeah. that works. distractions help. I usually do a water load even if i don't have to cut b/c it gives me something to occupy my mind.
read a book. play some video games. chill out.
train harder so you're grateful for the break rather than thinking a deload is brutal.
The powerlifting section is NOT an injury section.
why the hell do people think it is?
yea but it was harder than I expected lol.
as long as things stay healthy *knock on all the wood*
it could be very good
thanks man. yeah i was really worried it'd affect me more, I think maybe on the bench it did, but we'll see how I feel tomorrow.
Numbers at the meet, anything over 2100 is goal territory at 308s....

Last Week's Training, 9 weeks out
pretty much, intensity starts in a week or two. 6 weeks out is go time.
guess the loss in bodyweight helped, was certainly more comfortable to get to the bar.
also you should be taking off your wraps and re-wrapping between sets.
if your knee wraps are loose enough you can leave them on for more than one set, you're just wasting time.
missed light squats due to 24-36hr puke fest
lost 12lbs bodyweight.
strangulators are a pain in the ****ing ass to use solo. this is true.
you ****ing wrap'em tight and get the spring. when they're broken in...you get new ones BECAUSE THEY ARE NO LONGER AS GOOD AS NEW STIFF ONES.
lol. excuse on tap.
i mean that's why i posted about my 12lb weight loss yesterday. so when i have a ****ty deadlift session tomorrow...bam i was ****ed up from puking all day wednesday.
yowza, that's pretty ****ing awful man.
yeah no fun. I think I should be able to eat today...just not normally.
so apparently puking for just under 24 hours and not being able to keep any food down = 12 pounds lost.
