425x3 from the floor on deadlifts...calc 1 rep max ranges 450-475ish depending on methhod

nice, man! if it matters, I suggest chalk instead of wraps if your gym allows it. I've used both, chalk doesn't hurt your wrists or limit grip strength. best of luck!

yeah, arching helps. so does exploding through your legs on shoulder press, bouncing the weights, going 1/2 way down on squats, and having someone help you lift the weight. but that doesn't mean it...
