Do the s-drol at the beginning and the havoc at the end. S-drol will kick start quicker and is strong on it's own. Both are methlyated, so only do the Havoc if you really feel you need it at the end....
Methyl-Dienolone was banned in 2004, known as M-Dien. This is the non-methylated compound. I remember M-Dien coming in 1, 3, and , 5 mg form, I believe.
