I didn't care for CytoGainer. I didn't see great results while using it, and needless to say, I didn't gain much weight at all.

1.) Trying to lift more than I could.
2.) Operating on machines that I had no idea how to use.
3.) Poor/Unstable form.

If somebody thought I was on steroids, I would take that as a compliment.

The mind is very powerful, but I'm not too sure how accurate this story holds. I'm pretty sure that the "average mind" could not perform this test.

If you want to get cut, do more reps.
If you want to add mass, do more weight.
