    linebacker drills???

    My sophmore season I was a d-end.. But the head coatch has moved me to linebacker and I need to learn this position better and be better at it..

    ok....but

    If you do a variation of the squat for 3 weeks and then switch to a deadlift...wont your squat rep/max decrease due to not squating for the 3 weeks while you are doing deadlift or other ME lower body...

    I'm not sure...but my guess would be no....just lift harder the day before so u make sure your sore..
    as far as I know ur muscles need time to heal..like a day...
