I would say not to take it...our high school discourages(dont think thax a word) the use of it...it puts water in ur muscles to appear bigger and lift more but once u stop takin it that water dont...
I dont eat candy and dont drink soda..
Howerver I need to eat more lean meats and greens in my diet...once I get a job I'm gunna buy my own food cuz my house isn't the healthiest place to eat

If you do a variation of the squat for 3 weeks and then switch to a deadlift...wont your squat rep/max decrease due to not squating for the 3 weeks while you are doing deadlift or other ME lower body...

targeting specific body parts..like arms/chest then back/shoulders the next...
so supps are...not nessesary at my age(which is 16in a month)...and I need to focused on.
diet
rest
exercising
then when I get this ... Take supps later when I'm older and am ready...
