    Need help identifying this exercise

    Its an alternative to barbell squats but basically the barbell sits behind your legs and you carry it with your arms from behind then you proceed as if you were squatting.

    Jogging at least 2 times per week? Or is it better to jog or do HIIT during the cutting phase?
