You have seen a nice weight drop and I am sure it's playing a part in your BP frustration. I really like Johns advice a post or 2 back. I would re-tool with this advice in mind.

No didn't keep up with anything after Sunday. I'm just in too much pain. My elbow hurts when I breathe let alone use it. Really blows.
