Thanks. I still have a long way to go to get to my goal of 180lbs at 10%BF... Maybe 4 or 5 years. :)
I would guess BF was in the low 20's.
If I remember right Squat was at #215 and bench ended up at #175 after the 3rd cycle.

I lift at around 6:00 AM, so I just make some extra strong coffee and slam it. :)

Peanut butter and honey on wheat bread is what helped when I was bulking.
^^^ This is basically what I did to transform my body, and I am double your age.:)
Make sure you are about 10% over TDEE and getting enough protein.
3000ish here.
