you need to bulk. Use a tdee calculator too get a rough starting point, then adjust your calories as needed. Since you are so skinny try and gain 0.5-1lb a week.

im exactly the same size and weight as op, this has been my experience on icf after 9 weeks. I have no problem adding 5lbs to squats or deads each workout, and early on I was adding 10lbs each week...
