I am thinking about opening up a gym in my hometown. I was wondering if anyone has an idea of how much I should expect to pay to lease gym equipment with roughly 3,000 sq feet?
Thanks!
Anyone know what the difference is between these two? I notice a lot of "sugar free" foods have sugar alcohols in them. Are they just as bad as real sugar?
Great workout this morning! Really hit chest hard! It felt good to lift some heavier weight (heavy for me at least!). Eating has been clean so far today (2 meals down, 4-5 more to go). Will post the...
well, kinda fell off track for a couple of days. Had a lot of stuff to do around the house on Saturday, and my gym is closed on Sundays. Ate decent though.... but getting back on track with the...
Ok, had a little set back today. Was out late last night for a coaches meeting for the baseball team that I coach. Didn't get home until 11:15pm, so needless to say I didn't get to sleep until about...

What's up everyone.... my name is Dave, and this is my first workout journal that I have ever done. So don't be to brutal! haha.
A little about myself.... I am 23 years old and recently got...
no carbs or anything? I've heard many different things on this subject
Any recommendations? I have no clue what to eat (if anything at all), after a good 45 min to an hour of low-medium intensity cardio
no need for an 11 year old boy to be drinking protein shakes.... he just needs to eat!
and if you choose the 100% Casein shake, you could just take that about an hour before bed, that way you don't have to wake up in the middle of the night
not a bad diet plan. I am assuming the "nitro core" shake as meal 7 is Nitro Core 24 by Optimum Nutrition.
I would recommend using a 100% Casein shake by Optimum Nutrition instead. It has a lot...
I've been "bulking" for the last 2 months or so, and have been seeing some nice results (inches on my arms, chest, and calves) while keeping my body fat percentage at the same spot.
But my real...
What do most of you do while you are "sick", whether it be the flu, or sinus problems, or just feeling crummy.
Do most of you go and lift/do cardio anyway, or take a day or two off to recover?
I was wondering what types of proteins are best for post-workout, night-time, and for days you don't work out?
I've always heard about different types that take different amounts of time to go...
Muscle Milk tastes the best to me.... but it probably isn't the best for you
the advice to walk is KEY. Walk to class/gym/dining hall as much as possible. The more you walk, the more calories you will burn. This is what helped me in college
personally I would think jogging for 30 minutes (3 miles), would give you the best results. But you might want to do a mixture of both. Keep the body guessing.
Jog for a couple of days, then on...
