should lower the weight in order to do 10 reps each in 3 sets?
i can do first set of 10 rep is k but then doing next set of 10 hard in 1 min rest.

i did bicep and shoulder . i only did 115 with 6 reps with spotter . but week ago i did 135 6 reps. that day i did back. why did that happen??
