Unfortunately its not even though its made up here. Their rack is $550 at fitnessdepot, which I suppose isn't bad but it was $700-$800 from there only a few months ago.

A GHR can do everything a hyper/roman chair can do, but not vice versa.
I believe the main difference is that you can do Glute Ham Raises with a GHR, but can't with a Hyper.
